Lars Rabbe is a passionate IT executive whose career has spanned more than 40 years of technology management in the financial services, retail and software/hardware sectors. He is a recognized industry expert in SAAS/Cloud Computing; Global IT and IT Transformations.

He has served in senior executive/CIO roles at companies such as Skype, Yahoo, Lucent Technologies, Fidelity Investments, Intuit, Redback Networks, Octel Communications and NeXT Computer. He’s successfully developed, acquired and implemented large company wide systems in many industries including high tech, financial services, media and retail. This includes responsibility for the overall strategic direction and execution of global information technology infrastructure, as well as global data centers and networks, spin offs through acquisition (eBay) and development of large-scale advertising and billing systems. Lars has managed organizations of more than 1,500 employees across 50 countries with billion-dollar budgets.

Lars has a track record as a change agent in both large and small environments with experience in mergers, acquisitions, as well as outsourcing on-shore and off-shore. He is also a tireless advocate for animals and converges his expertise in technology by serving as the CIO for Maddie’s Fund, a leading organization promoting animal welfare.
