Valerie Kwiatkowski - Partner

Valerie has been delivering creative solutions to complex business problems for over twenty years leveraging her staff management skills, as well as program and project management skills. She has successfully managed multiple global CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence practices that completed implementations of the following technologies: SalesForce.com, Siebel and Siebel Analytics, Onyx, PeopleSoft, Clarify, Oracle, Business Objects, and SAP BW. These complex engagements spanned many industries including: Software, Banking, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Utilities. Valerie's expertise spans Data Warehousing implementation methodologies, CRM tools and techniques, business process evaluation and improvements, organizational change and change management, technology selection and implementation, knowledge management tools and techniques, and complex program/project management.

Recent assignments have included interim Senior Director of IT, interim Director of Infrastructure, VP of Global Applications, IT Strategy and organizational redesign, and Application Selection Projects.

Prior to joining StrataFusion, Valerie was an Associate Partner with IBM Global Services responsible for CRM and Business Intelligence practices. She is particularly adept at bringing order to chaos, creating innovative changes to business processes and organizational structures, bridging the communication gap between technologists and the business, and ensuring client satisfaction.

During her tenure at IBM, Valerie received numerous awards and accolades including the President’s Award for building the best partner channel (2001 & 2002) and the Leadership Award for superior performance critical to the success of the business. In addition, while working as the Director of Latin America for Innovative Systems Valerie successfully managed the development and implementation of a client-oriented data warehouse for the largest private bank in Brazil. This project earned a commendation from DM Review Magazine and earned her the company award for extraordinary performance with the greatest impact on the company's revenues.

Valerie is a member of several technical advisory Boards, is a member of the Advisory Board for the Glow Foundation, and has spoken at numerous conferences both nationally and internationally. Valerie holds a Masters of Management and Public Policy from the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
