StrataFusion’s Keiretsu Network:
The “Keiretsu” model appeared in Japan following World War II and came to represent a family of interlinked vertically or horizontally integrated companies. As a form of Keiretsu, StrataFusion has established an elite network of service delivery relationships for major transformations. We recommend or refer companies from the StrataFusion Keiretsu Network on an as-needed basis to help our clients’ successfully coordinate the execution of major projects. For service providers, this means that their time and resources are not wasted on misaligned projects.
