John L. Dick - Partner

John L. Dick is a co-founder of The StrataFusion Group, Inc., and is a well-known Silicon Valley technology veteran with over 25 years experience in the fields of technology management and strategic technology and technology product direction. John's expertise spans networks, enterprise applications, internet technology and business models, knowledge management, and complex computing environments.

Engagements include interim chief information officer for an internet infrastructure provider, and an enterprise software provider. Chief technology officer for an internet integration tools provider and a commercial real estate internet portal provider. Other engagements include IT organizational, applications, and operations infrastructure support roles with media, medical instrument, and software integration companies. Formerly as vice president of technology operations for Intuit, he was responsible for the development and implementation of world-class technology practices for Intuit’s corporate and internet/web product technology infrastructure including network, fileserver, telecommunications, and internal/external data center operations.

Prior to joining Intuit, he held positions as the chief information officer for Plantronics, Inc. and Bay Networks/SynOptics Communications managing their worldwide information systems activities. John was also a member of the board of directors for Core Technology Group, Inc., which specialized in worldwide enterprise information systems consulting. John’s teams have won multiple awards for enterprise systems architecture and design and web design and functionality.

John holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Golden Gate University and a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a specialty in quantitative analysis, and has been Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
