Summary:            

 

Shevy is a consulting partner with StrataFusion, which specializes in CIO/CTO Advisory, Business Intelligence, Cloud & Transformative Technologies, Strategic Sourcing, and Human Capital consulting services.  Shevy brings 20 years of technology leadership experience, both from an Advisor/Analyst and from a Service Provider thought-leadership perspective. At StrataFusion, Shevy is responsible for Business Development across all of StrataFusion’s business lines, and for service delivery in StrataFusion's Strategic Sourcing and Human Capital management practice areas.  Shevy's diversity of experiences, and the breadth and depth of his consulting expertise continue to play a significant role in StrataFusion’s growth.  Shevy also serves in an advisory board capacity for a leading Silicon Valley emerging technology company.

 

Experience:

 

Prior to joining StrataFusion, Shevy was a Partner at Avasant, a management consulting firm focused on Strategic Sourcing.  In this capacity, Shevy participated in government sponsored delegations and meetings in China, Africa, and throughout North America, analyzing the shifting landscape of global services delivery for ITO, BPO, and KPO solutions.  At Avasant, Shevy was responsible for all business development efforts helping to drive both revenues and strategic sourcing advisory services into the emerging markets.  Prior to joining Avasant, Shevy was a Director at Gartner in their Executive Programs where he and his team produced Strategic Sourcing, IT Advisory, and Human Capital solutions at Gartner's fastest growing business unit.

 

Before Gartner, Shevy had served in various executive consulting and sales management positions at Hitachi Consulting, FutureNext, and CORE Technology Group, playing key delivery and business development roles within the IT industry during the last two decades.

 

Education & Board Positions: 

 

Shevy earned his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in Information Systems.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the Blind Childrens Center and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, IS Associates, and currently serves on an advisory board for a leading Silicon Valley systems integrator.
