Summary:
Valerie is a consulting partner with StrataFusion and has been delivering creative solutions to complex technical and business problems for over twenty years. During her tenure with StrataFusion, she has assisted many organizations with the implementation of improvement strategies such as transforming IT, creating and implementing an IT roadmap, and outsourcing noncore functions to improve overall quality of service delivery. Valerie’s clients describe her as a resourceful problem solver; an enthusiastic and persuasive team builder; and an intuitive collaborator.
Prior to Stratafusion, Valerie was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Services. While working for IBM, she assisted in the creation of outsourced offices in Bangalore and Chennai. Valerie received numerous awards and accolades including the President’s Award for building the best partner channel (2001 & 2002) and the Leadership Award for superior performance critical to the success of the business. Prior to StrataFusion, while working as the Director of Latin America for Innovative Systems, Valerie successfully managed the development and implementation of a client-oriented data warehouse for the largest private bank in Brazil. This project earned a commendation from DM Review Magazine and earned her the company award for extraordinary performance with the greatest impact on the company's revenues.
Education & Certifications:
Valerie has a certification as an Executive Principal from IBM. She also holds a Masters of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Valerie has been a member of several technical advisory Boards, is a member of the Advisory Board for the Glow Foundation, and has spoken at numerous conferences both nationally and internationally.
